Key Responsibilities

The CAPIT Therapist follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness.

The CAPIT Therapist supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.

Requirements

Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Science and have an active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.

Preferred two years’ experience in the provision of counseling services to low income and ethnically diverse clients.

Knowledge of DMH paperwork preferred but not required.

Bilingual, Spanish and English required.
