Requirements
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor, (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Applicant must have active New York State licensure.
