Key Responsibilities

• Carry out behavior modification plans, therapeutic interventions, and crisis intervention techniques, including de-escalation, as prescribed by professionals and ensure a safe, supportive environment.

• Observe, record, and report patient behavior, progress, and symptoms to the treatment team.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meals.

• Conduct safety checks, ensure a secure environment, and manage potential emergencies.

Requirements

• Key Qualifications and Skills.

• A high school diploma or GED.

• Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred).

• Must show current tuberculosis documentation.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
