• What You Will Need Liceses/Certifications: Currently licensed as a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners required.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.

• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

• Additional Preferences One year of Experience.
