Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, with a residency or fellowship being preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and one to two years of clinical pharmacy practice experience in a healthcare setting. Michigan State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist and for Controlled Substances must be obtained within three months of starting the job.
