Pharmacist / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will evaluate and monitor drug therapy for home infusion patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care. They are also responsible for compounding sterile mixtures, maintaining clean room standards, and overseeing pharmacy technician functions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Registered Pharmacist license, with a Doctor of Pharmacy preferred. A minimum of two years of acute-care experience or one year of home infusion experience is required.
