About the Role

Join Links Healthcare as a Registered Nurse (RN) Part Time in United States. Encinitas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center takes the lead in skilled nursing providing cutting-edge treatment to its residents in Encinitas, CA. We care for our residents like no other organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible.

Monitors employees to assure overtime is not being utilized without prior approval.

Contact physicians, as necessary, to ensure physician interventions are timely and appropriate.

Supervises nursing unit, which includes scheduling and directing the nursing staff to the extent permitted by state practice act.

Requirements

At least 1 year experience

Active RN license in CA

Shifts: NOC

10:30am to 7pm Responsibilities:

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
