- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Establish and monitor objective behavioral outcome measures to assess treatment plan effectiveness
- Evaluate results of counseling methods to determine the effectiveness of treatment used
- Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations.
