Join VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Inc as a Speech Language Pathologist – Per Diem, Flexible Schedule in United States. The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is looking for a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Franklin County. Key Responsibilities

Performs a comprehensive speech and language physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment as evidenced by documentation in the clinical record.

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's communication and swallowing status.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.

Provide direct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy services in the patient's home.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech

Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Speech

Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
