Key Responsibilities

Licensure & Certifications

Requires a physician with American Board of Family Medicine certification and a valid California medical license. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of clinical experience in an FQHC, a medical education fellowship, and a Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration.
