Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides direct personal care and supervision to patients to ensure a safe and supportive environment. They are responsible for documenting clinical information, facilitating rehabilitative groups, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with the relevant population is preferred. Required certifications include CPR and de-escalation training, which can be provided upon hire.
