Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona.

• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States.

• FNP or PA certification, as applicable.

• Interest in adult primary care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $120,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus

• Signing bonus offered.
