About the Role

Join Hartford HealthCare as a Palliative Care NP or PA – Inpatient, CT in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will work in collaboration with the attending physician and members of the interdisciplinary care team to deliver expert palliative care services to patients and their families living with chronic serious or acute life threatening illness, or those nearing end of life.
  • develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.
  • provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider’s practice as designated by prot.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license and be a trained Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. At least one year of experience in palliative care and national board certification in palliative care are preferred.
