Join our closed-door pharmacy team where you’ll work in a non-retail environment, dedicated to meeting the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care and senior living clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct pharmacy staff in key operational areas including scheduling, purchasing, and clinical responsibilities.
- Collaborate with pharmacy management to implement efficient daily operations and quality improvement or cost containment strategies.
- Provide clinical and technical support to pharmacy and regional staff, fostering a team-based care model.
Requirements
