Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their healthcare needs.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient assessments and preferences.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

Requirements

• 19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption. Proof of Annual Influenza vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
