The Oncology Clinical Social Worker provides psychological and social interventions to patients and families to remove psychosocial barriers to treatment. They also conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and connect patients with necessary community resources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and possess at least three years of post-Master's mental health experience. Additionally, one year of oncology experience and current LCSW or LPC licensure (or eligibility for Georgia licensure) are required.
