Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the recruitment of physicians and staff and develops new office sites.

• Plans effective, efficient use of physical, financial, and human resources in assigned areas.

• Establishes clear objectives tied to department and/or organizations strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years Prior experience with billing, revenue cycle management and budget management Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Ability to travel to any Hackensack Meridian Health practice location.
