Requirements

Equip stakeholders to plan, deliver, evaluate, and sustain high‑quality programs by strengthening systems, processes, funding approaches, and accountability structures.

Facilitate collaboration through communities of practice, conferences, workshops, and partnerships that foster shared learning and innovative service delivery.

Develop and maintain policies, standards, tools, and documentation that promote consistent, evidence‑informed practice and measurable outcomes across Pathway of Hope.

Train and support service workers by delivering structured learning, coaching, and clinical guidance, while remaining accountable for knowledge transfer and workforce readiness.
