Requirements

• 1 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and evidence

• Registered Pharmacist active license in state of employment required BCPS

• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other BPS specialist preferred
