About the Role

Join Pivot Rehabilitation Services as a Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health PRN in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled home health physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Implement and carry out individualized Plans of Care (POC) developed and delegated by the supervising PT

Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and post

surgical conditions

Requirements

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

Home health physical therapy experience preferred (1+ year preferred)

Knowledge of Medicare home health documentation standards preferred
