Join Avita Health System as a Inpatient Staff Pharmacist in United States. Requirements

Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio Education Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy

Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent Experience:

Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
