Requirements

• Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio Education Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent Experience:

• Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
