Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects.

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will ensure appropriate dosing and verify compounded medications while upholding quality control and compliance. Responsibilities include checking prescriptions for accuracy, performing calculations, and counseling patients.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required, along with an active Florida Pharmacist license. Experience in compounding and familiarity with USP guidelines are desired skills.
