Requirements

Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.

Licenses/Certifications: Current State of Texas license/permit to practice pharmacy.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Two or more (2+) years experience in clinical area of practice.

Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
