Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care across two established practice sites.

Position Overview

Inpatient rounding at Walker Baptist Hospital in Jasper, AL Daily onsite outpatient work in Gadsden, AL, collaborating with and supervising mid-level providers Company-supported travel structure available Position Highlights: Supervision and collaboration with experienced mid-level clinicians Shared call schedule consistent with other Ally Psychiatry providers Competitive compensation, full benefits, and flexible structure Strong administrative and clinical support within a growing, provider-led organization Join Ally Psychiatry, a collaborative and expanding practice committed to delivering high-quality, accessible psychiatric care across Alabama.

Requirements
Qualifications
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
Active or eligible medical license in State that you are applying to
Experience or strong interest in addiction treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care.
Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.
