Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and post
- treatment care instructions.
- Monitor patients using telemetry equipment to detect cardiac and other physiological changes requiring intervention.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 2 years clinical experience in a hospital, healthcare, or behavioral health
