The physical therapist is responsible for the examination, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting. They will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement care, monitor progress, and establish appropriate discharge plans.
Candidates must hold a Physical Therapy license in the state of Minnesota and possess Basic Life Support certification. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy and one year of experience are preferred.
