About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- WILL DO: Conduct evaluation of patients and collaborate with healthcare team members to support the emotional, mental, environmental, bio-psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and/or their family/caregivers, as applicable.

Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Idaho One to three years of experience in a mental health setting required.
- Experience in multiple therapy techniques preferred.
- Ability to clearly document at each visit objectives, measurable goals and progress toward goals and identify the expectations of counseling with patients.
