Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting preferred.

Other Certificate from a college in Medical Assisting instead of an Associate's degree is required.

Required Certifications/Licenses: License: CMA, RMA, or CCMA via the AAMA or NHA is required.
