Key Responsibilities

The Guest Services Specialist focuses on direct care of guests according to Pine Street Inn policies, responding professionally and prioritizing guest needs. This role also assists guests in developing housing pathways by connecting them to appropriate resources, including substance abuse, mental health, and medical support when necessary.

Requirements

A High School diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in the Human Services field. Preferred qualifications include a valid MA driver's license, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and knowledge of Narcan administration, CPR, addiction, recovery, mental illness, homelessness issues, and area resources.
