Join Northern Virginia Family Services as a Bilingual Mental Health Counselor – $60K, Hybrid in United States. Are you passionate about supporting Spanish-speaking youth and families navigating behavioral health challenges? Join the NVFS Family: Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Mental Health Counselor to support youth and families.
Key Responsibilities
- provide individual, family, and group therapy as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Provide individual, family and group therapy services for adolescents and their families.
- Provide workshops and groups in schools and community-based settings.
Requirements
- Perform other indirect service activities that may include: program development, community outreach, or Agency committee work.
- Participate in regular individual (administrative and clinical) and group supervisions as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain client files in accordance with program/licensing requirements and NVFS guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
