Key Responsibilities

• will do: Providing quality clinical therapeutic services to patient populations and their families/significant others.

• will need: Education:
• Master’s Degree in Social work or a Master’s Degree in a recognized mental health field or a Bachelor’s Degree and completion of an approved substance abuse education program for assignment in the substance abuse area Certification:
• Current State of Illinois licensure with a minimum of three letters which may include LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LCP (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) unless primary patient population is chemical dependency when a CADC is required
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire Preferred License and/or Certification:
• CADC when primary patient population is chemical dependency Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting Unique or Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of developmental psychology, disease pathology and clinical needs of assigned population
• Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• CADC when primary patient population is chemical dependency Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.

• provide care appropriate to the age of assigned patient population.

• provide backup services for incoming assessment and referral calls.

Requirements

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $45.69/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• No weekends required.
