This position offers day shifts only. Work with The Emily Program in Seattle, Washington.
The Behavioral Health Specialist facilitates therapeutic groups, provides meal support, and assists clients in managing eating disorder symptoms within a residential setting. They also contribute to the maintenance of a recovery-oriented environment and support individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
A bachelor’s degree in a mental or behavioral health-related field is strongly preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of direct patient care experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
