• Serves as the care plan author and supervisor.

• Adjusts treatment regimens based on the patient’s response to treatment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, Masters level preferred.

• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing.

• National Board Certification.

• Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations.
