Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services to patients within a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to optimize patient functional outcomes and independence.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Virginia. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
