Registered Nurse II, Palliative Care

The Registered Nurse II is accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, which includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. This role involves delivering holistic and individualized care while developing and coordinating a comprehensive plan of care incorporating various patient factors.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, hold an active RN license in California, and possess current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association, with CHPN preferred. A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, medical terminology, and healthcare safety practices.
