About the Role

EK Health is hiring a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a fully remote, full-time role. Manage injured workers' care plans and coordinate services to expedite recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing evaluations and care coordination.
• Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers.
• Review medical correspondence and treatment plans.
• Arrange transportation and therapy services.
• Monitor and update care plans.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• 3-5 years clinical RN experience.
• Valid Compact RN license.
• Preferred workers' compensation experience.

• Base pay $35-42/hr ($72,800 - $87,360 annually).
