Key Responsibilities

Based PACE Physicians In collaboration with a physician, perform in

term care settings In consultation with the PACE Physician and/or Community

Based PACE Physician, refer participants to a psychiatrist as indicated In collaboration with the PACE Physician and/or Community

Salary: $145.4K - $174.5K

17 days PTO.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis and hold current certification and an unrestricted state license in their respective field. A minimum of two years of experience working with the frail or elderly population is required.
