Adjunct Inpatient Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatrist is responsible for providing professional care, including assessment, counseling, treatment, referrals, and advocacy services for individuals served within the organizational framework. This role also requires upholding the highest quality care standards set by government agencies, Pine Rest, and client hospitals/agencies, while demonstrating excellent customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree along with a current Michigan State license as a physician and surgeon. Completion of an accredited four-year psychiatric residency program is mandatory, and National Certification in Psychiatry or board eligibility within five years may be required.
