About the Role

Join KVC Health Systems as a Mental / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Full and Part-Time in United States. We are currently offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time BHTs! The BHT supports patients with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse by assisting with daily living activities and implementing therapeutic interventions under clinician supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Assist with hygiene, meal prep, and medication management; monitor and document patient behavior and well

Behavioral Support: Implement individual treatment plans and help patients develop coping skills.

Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises, ensuring patient safety and de

escalating situations.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, crisis intervention, empathy, and documentation skills.

Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required; additional certifications like CBHT are a plus.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
