Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health - PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will conduct one-on-one patient care and provide education to patients and families in their homes. They will implement therapeutic interventions based on the Plan of Care to improve functional abilities and promote independence.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a current state license. A minimum of one year of experience is required, with preference given to those with Home Health or Oasis experience.
