Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy - Full Time 10 Hours Variable Shifts (Union, Non-Exempt)

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including accurate medication order verification, oversight of drug distribution activities, and ensuring compliance with all sterile compounding regulations. This role also involves actively supervising technicians, assisting with their training, and maintaining strong communication with medical and nursing staff.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited school and have hospital or ambulatory care experience or completion of a residency program. Required skills include strong organization, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to function both independently and as part of a team.
