About the Role

Join UVA Community Health as a Registered Nurse Floater in United States.

Key Responsibilities

according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.

Communication: Consistently utilizes appropriate communication tools when communicating within the interdisciplinary team and when handing off patient care.

Communicates individualized plan of care to the patient and his/her chosen support system.

Uses communication tools such as Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation, and Question (SBARQ) to communicate more effectively.

Requirements

-, as well as a requirement to work in several different clinical areas.

This group shall be known as the Float Pool.

These employees are a part of Patient Care Services.

There are three RN teams in the float Pool, RN Team 1, Specialty Track/ CCU, RN Team 2, Inpatient Acute, and RN Team 3, Women' Services.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
