Key Responsibilities

• according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.

• Communication: Consistently utilizes appropriate communication tools when communicating within the interdisciplinary team and when handing off patient care.

• Communicates individualized plan of care to the patient and his/her chosen support system.

• Uses communication tools such as Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation, and Question (SBARQ) to communicate more effectively.

Requirements

• This group shall be known as the Float Pool.

• These employees are a part of Patient Care Services.

• There are three RN teams in the float Pool, RN Team 1, Specialty Track/ CCU, RN Team 2, Inpatient Acute, and RN Team 3, Women' Services.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
