The Occupational Therapist will provide 1:1 patient care to seniors within a luxury living community to help them maintain independence and quality of life. They will also collaborate with home health partners to ensure consistent care and seamless transitions for patients.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active or eligible state license. Prior experience is preferred, but the role is open to new graduates.
