About the Role
Join Jefferson Health Plans as a Hospitalist Physician in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.
- Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges, ensuring continuity of care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including Rapid Response Team activations and Code Blue situations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Active DEA and CDS registrations.
