Reviews mental health referrals, and decides whether they are appropriate to the mental health program at Greater Baden.

Completes initial evaluation, and develops treatment plan as appropriate.

Submits information to state agencies as appropriate.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Licensed as a trained professional to provide mental health services.

This can be an LCSW, a Master’s prepared psychiatric nurse, etc.

3-5 years experience providing individual and group therapy.

Experience with medically underserved or special populations preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Weekend coverage may be required.
