Key Responsibilities

• provide integrated treatment supporting the needs of both behavioral and physical health care to clients adm.

• Provide screening, assessment, and evaluation of potential clients.

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling.

• develop a comprehensive individualized integrated treatment plan.
