- FQHC/340B experience is beneficial Licensure / Certification: Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.
- Credentialing Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for PharmD scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
