Requirements

• Doctorate Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
• Foster open, transparent and effective communication at a local level and across the system as a whole (Required proficiency)
• Lead with a focus on operational, process and procedural innovation, challenging traditional approaches as necessary (Required proficiency)
• Licenses and Certifications
• Board Certification - Medical Sub/Specialty - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - within 36 months - Required
• Medical License - Pennsylvania State Licensing Board - upon hire - Required

• Provide supervision and teaching for the Child Psychiatry residents, general psychiatry residents, other specialties requiring psychiatry training, and medical students.
