About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Williamsburg, VA. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Virginia license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational/work experience.
