About the Role

Join CVS Health as a Nutrition Support Dietitian – Remote, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• will work with internal and external customers including patients, caregivers, case managers, physicians, pharmacists, outpatient dietitians, and vendor representatives to coordinate all aspects of patient home nutrition therapy.

• will play an instrumental role in making areal difference by improving the quality of life for patients in need.

• will work full time hours from your home, Monday through Friday, performing clinical follow-up over the phone with our home nutrition support patients.

• Must obtain Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) within 1 year of hire - Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity - Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Nutrition Support Clinician - CNSC - Infusion experience - Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Requirements - Knowledge of Payer Types - Knowledge of Parenteral and Enteral Formulas across manufacturers Education: - Bachelor Degree - Nutrition, Dietetics or related field is required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.

Requirements

• Current registration by the Commission of Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association is required.

• Registered Dietitian with current license in state of employment. Additional licensure may be required in multi

• state service areas.

• Minimum one to three years clinical experience in nutrition support – clinical internship.
